A big thank you to everyone who came this morning to help with the work party at the orchard. So much was achieved in a couple of hours including time to enjoy coffee and cake. The orchard is looking especially beautiful at the moment as the apple trees are in blossom along with the bluebells. The vegetable beds are newly planted, the fruit bushes weeded and fed, paths mowed and the trees mulched. The next work party will be in June. We’d appreciate your help if you have a couple of hours to spare.
The orchard now has water! It’s great to now be able to make sure that we can easily water the fruit and vegetables. This is all due to the expertise and work of John and Nick. Many thanks.
